$5.5 million equity offering was secured pretty quickly which leads me to believe there must be promising deals in the not so distant pipeline, and confidence by the bank. As all looks good here, I'm sure reason to raise cash was simply because they need more to lend out --- to make $$$! I feel good about this company what's in the offing, and I think the price is right. I already have some, but going to get more -- it just looks right. I don't see the SP goign lower, on the contrary -- and maybe the dividend higher ??? ...but I shouldn't expect too much, right?

I wish I had more money. I'd buy more. If I recall the past numbers, at this share price this stock is undervalued. Am I talking to myself here? smts
