Only that there is one less miner out of contention of buy out for esg Graphite. Green graphite !

Are most of the juniors not being hammered as well.  The biggest reason i am still in this is because the last PP was kept inhouse to them and their buddies. I do wish GEM was more aggressive on the graphite property.

Talking with Tomas , sounded like he was heading out to the properties here in the near future. Could be on the search for more black gold or plan a small air purification facility on site . I don't know ...No .need to truck so much product off the mountain to go thru the purification process. Purifi on site  Leave the waste rock on the mountain.

Since GEM is giving up 50% of the profits, I take it that Volt must be supplying all or some  this equipment.  That would be an awful steep royalty if all GEM gets is use of technology and GEM puts all the money in as wellas the product. quote from GEM release "Based on the results from the Sample test, GEM and Volt Carbon negotiated and signed the Preliminary Mineral Processing

i agree and maybe even more but IMO that cannot happen until GEM shifts gears from park into drive. There is a great property there but work on it needs to be a priority not an afterthought.
