thats odd
If I am reading right, GEM granted T. Yingling 500,000 units at .09 on March 3rd and he exercised them on March 7th at .09. Why would he be given and exercise them at 3 times the market price? Usually grant of rights are lower, are they not? Just put 45 grand into GEMs bank account. I am not the only one to notice this and wonder.

I'm wondering if it's expiration and just a cancellation? Because yeah it wouldn't make sense to buy 500,000 shares at 9 right now.
