I dont believe the Port will mean anything to GEM because all product should wisely be used in Canada . The only thing the Port will do is export product and make GEM even more valuable .

Rail for transport to the USA giga / Battery factories.  I searched out the routes already. No problems Transfer Stations are close for distribution.

Batteries built in Canada then shipped out to Europe on the east coast.
