INDUSTRY GRAPHITE ASSAYING ( hmmmm )

I ventured down the lane of, Graphite assaying.
Why ?
After visually reviewing several of GEM's cores i'm not convinced of the assay grades.
Specifically - Total Carbon Content. ( on it's own )

Graphite industry assays for,
Total Carbon content in the Graphite
Only in the graphite.   lol

Lab Example: Sepro

Graphite Assays

At Sepro Labs, we perform a multi-stage process for graphite assaying which involves the removal of the carbon associated with other minerals and all potentially volatile compounds in order to avoid the bias that straight carbon analysis would otherwise include. After removal of these compounds, the graphite is measured by thermal decomposition and gravimetric determination.

How i would like assays to be performed ?
Simple.... Grind to 150 mesh like peers.
GEM used 20 mesh 5x larger = less liberated.

BUBBLE BURST ( tease )
Graphite is considered as the highest grade of coal just above anthracite and it is not normally used as fuel because it is difficult to ignite. Crystalline flake graphite occurs as isolated, flat, plate-like particles with hexagonal edges. It contains 85-95% carbon.Nov 2, 2020

Selectively choosing visual high grades - misses lots of - other carbon unseen to eye.
Big no, no.

Selectively choosing visual high grades - dismisses all the crystal moissanite
Big no, no

A lab, who separates graphite ( another visual  no, no ) and places all other ores
to side and only focuses on - graphite and carbon with in graphite ?
I feel is a Big, no, no.

Full 150 mesh grind on ore specimen
Grind everything, even carbon with in quartz moissanite, everything.
= Now oerform the fire LOI
= Factor CO2
= Factor carbon soot
= Total Carbon Content

If Mason's LOI value is the Accurassay sum of, graphitic, carbon, sulphur %'s
And if  19.5% Graphitic + 21.42 Carbon

And if Graphite ( as stated above ) contain's 85% - 95% Carbon

19.5%  Graphitics
x 90%
= 17.55%  +  21.42% Carbon
= 38.97% Total Carbon Content

Plus.... all other minerals that formed a carbonate but was fire assayed and turned to oxide.
What is this carbon content ?

Why look at it this way ?
Because these Quebec graphite locations could / might spit out quality carbon grades
40% - 50%

And as i've mentioned so many times,
Carbon is extremely versatile.
Service many end products.

Let's see a retake on a few cores
Testing all factions of ore, grind to 150 mesh then fire assay all constiturnts.
I'm think the carbon content would surprise GEM.
( in reference to - labs only fire assay only graphite, separating all other ore )

Proving total carbon content
could revitalize the junior towards ---------> several carbon sectors
using existing claims.

I'm seeing lots of carbon.
And... if graphite has 85% - 95% carbon content ?
Hello.

What if, 40%, 50%, 60% or more carbon ?
Remember -----> graphite is high grade coal
