The Company has issued 587,000 warrants by way of a share exchange agreement and paid $3,520 to an arms-length party. 0 about 2 hours ago @WatchItGrow How are Hugh and Michel arms length? So they go out and stake properties for the sake of GEM......and they probably invoice the company for this work they did.....and then sell the stakes to the same company they are working for? So how does that work?
