RE Markets are jittery

Good time for GEM to recapitalize while the markets are tanking. 5 old for 1 new at least. Company needs new money to keep the lights on instead of dipping into the flow through money to pay consulting fees and to keep the lights on. Jupiter property option costs coming up. Tik tok. Maybe to attempt to clarify. I would partly agree...never good for the "existing" shareholder. But quite possibly better for a new shareholder if they can get the right entry point. jmo

Cant agree woundedknee. After a RS the stock typically slides to near the same stock amount per share before the RS.  Except the stock is worth 1/RS ratio.  The entry time is now.  IMO when a RS idea is tossed out there it really should be a wakeup call for management to get busy.  I dont think we are there although I do think we could use a bit more action by Tom to promote ...more

Not ALL stocks Silverado. Maybe stocks that are hanging on to survive for a while, but there are a number that do a RS to graduate to a higher exchange or get exposure to different investment agencies. I always refer to Priceline PCLN, which is now BKNG( trading at 3500.00 US),when years ago they were nearly bankrupt and trading at pennies, did a RS and never looked back. cheers
