quite the fiasco for a agm...5 items approved with one shareholder maintaining the financials are incorrect.....ro resovle it,the suggestion was liigation.....jean took  a couple questions then the meeting devolved into a dispute between the one shareholder and mtg....mtg adjourned....the optionie on the phosphate property at this time does not want to be identified......quite the sh.t show imho

it is not worth holding our breath anymore here. What would it be for Jean to give regular update to its loyal shareholders ? What is beneficial to shareholders ?? Jean being fired....

When are u and guys like you going to wake up and realize JEAN is the problem. For the life of me I can not understand why JEAN has not been ousted. Eric Sprott and Denis could get together and oust him but they do not, I wonder why????????????? I have been saying this for the last 2 or 3 years, JEAN has to go. Time for a revolt by shareholders.

you,me,as well as eric sprott,10 mil shares,dushchon brothers 27 mil shares could have done that at the agm by withholding votes for jean....another year may pass before you have the opportunity again...sad

You think someone else could make people bring better Ore ? You think someone else could have avoided 16 month delays on parts ? The deal he got for the phosphate asset is darn good considering he couldn't have raised Millions it will take at minimum to develop towards production. What if he wasn't a straight shooter and took the asset out of there and made a new venture for himself and

Everything will be fine as the 15 years in the making are about to give their fruits (with or without fertilizer...) !! BTW gangster in hoduras are not in choluteca and el corpus, and since we don't have anymore land in quebec, one would just have to speak 2 languages (spanish /english) Plus

i distinctly heard that the person in question owned 80 thousand shares...seemed he did a little/lot of leg work as he spoke with the auditing firm who did the books for glen eagle,

Good luck finding a guy who can speak 3 languages and not get shot and killed in Honduras and negotiate with essentially gangsters (legal gangsters ) but clearly none of you have ever been to Honduras.
