Well ZERO benefit from the Phosphate spinout to loyal shareholders. They got nothing and the share price stayed in the toilet. What a great JOB Jean did for us and we payed him $120,000.00 per year to drive the company into the ground or never ever got off the ground. Take your pick which one suites the scenario better.
