Then ceo.ca says that buying another mine would indicate Galane is a solid bet and a nice growth story.....I like the sound of that.....best to all

Wonder if Galane Gold is buying one of the two mines mentioned in their corporate presentation ? Pure speculation on my part ...  https://www.galanegold.com/_resources/presentations/corporate-presentation.pdf See page 14 : Pan African Resources’ Barberton Gold Mine In fiscal 2019, produced 99,363 oz Au at a cash cost of US$927/oz Au Use an oxidization step JORC resource of 4.0 million oz ...more

Who knows?? Time will tell....

I hope not. Many great small miners end this way for investors who took the risk before they can even begin to appreciate to anything near fair value. .

Management and insiders here have put in more than 10 years here  and invested in Galane all the way to over $1.80 which is over $3.60 in todays dollars if true inflation is looked at and they hold over 50% of the company ....I am sure they won't be selling out for less than multiple dollars....best to all

It is all on their website
Comment by duderguy72 on Mar 16, 2021 4:30pm
I understand that but questioning at what cost to the shareholder. I quickly glanced and saw a .22c private placement and dilution. Hence the question: is it worth it to the shareholders?

duderguy72 With the length of time the shares have been halted today, I think you could be right. A news release would have been prepared beforehand if Galane Gold was offering to buy one  the two mining operations mentioned in their corporate presentation, and drill results would already have been known with a news release ready for release as well.  I think the company was caught ...more

Is it good?
Comment by Ziondog on Mar 16, 2021 4:06pm
It surely has lasted longer than most trade halts I've experienced. Is there any regulation in Canada about a time limit for a public announcement/explanation?
