Financing

Everything smells like a Financing is coming

The statment the share consolidation  is "Based on investor feedback" says to me that managment is do this for a fincaning based on specific investors feedback and it is not a general statment.

the trading and lack of news tells me that an unspoken price has been set between $0.30-$0.35 cents. which is around $0.05 cent preconsolidation.

I could see a 25 milion share PP at 35 cents to give them the funds for summit with 40 cent warrants

They are not going to get the funds for Summit from current cash flow so it  looks like dilution is on the horizon

This is just my opinion and i hope i am wrong.

Lets see how it plays out

I agree 100%, all R/S's  do is destroy retails profit potential by reducing their share count and raising the price bar and open the door for further dilution. I've already taken the tax loss and exited my position.
