Does this mean Bulk Sampling was granted ?

  That is showing the timeline over 3 years but they may have the permit and just lining up the contracts for the mill and construction.  Not sure if they need to have seperate news releases or all at once. Let's not forget that their Chief Operating Officer passed away a week ago.That's like a sports team entering the playoffs without their head coach.
