I am almost certain the permits are issued from Toronto The company can not issue permits to itself So, the answer is with the permit office If I lived in or near Toronto, I would call or visit the permit office. I am nowhere near Toronto actually a visit is better, rather than playing phone tag

Did it ever occur to you that the company would know EXACTLY where they sit in regards to the "permitting!"  Maybe, just maybe, this play isn't for you.

No   If you believe that, call the company and report to this board Companies do NOT decide when permits will be issued   do you remember posting this? "I can see that you have never had to deal with various levels of bureaucracy, otherwise, you would clearly understand my previous comment. While we all want the same result, a mine in operation, it is just not all that

Clearly you have a comprehension problwem Or you are just trolling this board. Re-read my comments a few more times until you can understand ......... it is not difficult. The company would know EXACTLY where they are in the permitting process. Everyone other than you understands that!
