Everything they want to do has been approved, including the bulk sample. Their permits will need amendment once they decide to further explore the underground. Lots of work to do yet. There might be a fifty foot layer of overburden to move before they can drill and blast the boxhole which will be the portal construction basis. They'll use concrete and corrugated steel for the entranceway

You're quite right in that they do not spell it out in so many words. Frustratingly, we must read between the lines to a degree.  I emailed the comapny six weeks ago and was told that they were, "waiting for sign off from the Ministry on our draft Closure Plan and are completing the consultation process. Once that is complete we can start the pre-construction and the box cut, then
