I wonder if they're going to do a private placement . I guess if there's real talks with Tesla it would be pointless . I would see some sort of joint venture happening.

CNC ran up to $3 when Tesla responded to Mark Selby's tweet over 2-3 days. Then it came back down. This might be different and go higher or see a similar pattern .
