The only other option I see is Martin Vydra speaking at Benchmark's Nickel Day. He's in session 2 which started at 11AM ET. After what happened at Tesla's Battery Day last year maybe they're trying to avoid the similar situation. The overnight offering seems like the more likely cause though.

Yeah I think it was for the money raisins as well. Which I dont think they need to issue a halt for. Perhaps for this type of offering it is required, I dont know. I am not seeing any volume this morning, has the halt been raised?
