No permits in place for the Texas facility
If my informtion is correct , the permitting process has not even started yet.
Obtaining permits these days seem to be a nightmare in the US.
Still a lot of hurdles to overcome ...

You shoud check your sources. OT is permitted for storage and logistics only. GIII needs a production license and environmental permits.

If Schoener is so sure he should short the stock. I dare him.

if you are so sure , why not buy all shares up to 4 CAD. Show some confidence in your holdings. Or only words and no deeds ?

You moron. I have a full position already. It's stupid to excessively overweight any portfolio with a single stock.

Lame bashing. The facility will be built on land leased from Oiltanking. Is a permit even necessary? Oiltanking may already have all the permitting it needs for this facilty to proceed.

Not familiar with permits it seems ? A lease is not a proxy to permits for production ... Pumping a stock without having done the necessary research , it does not surprise me. You better give GIII mgt a call , if you want I can provide you a direct number.
