Financing

Spoke to someone at the company this week - financing talks are progressing well, lots of parties at the table and EDC is highly engaged. On the other hand, also speaking with BP frequently and building a strong relationship with the team.

if for whatever reason financing didn't close by year end, the expectation is that BP would just make an amendment to extend the Dec 31 deadline. This is a strategic partnership for them, they wouldn't throw away such a significant opportunity so easily.

TBA board placement potentially on the horizon - I'm speculating someone from BP.

A bp staff board nomination would be a pretty good indication a financing extension is not a problem ;)

Keep on dreaming. Why would BP nominate a staff member to the GIII board , while they refrained from confirming publicly that they signed a definitive offtake agreement with GIII.
