just a shell that was to be a pump for insiders...they mismanaged everything and got killed cuz of poor equity markets...I have been trading this for a penny a month and make good cash...my shares are voting no...let the insiders rot like all retail shareholders...PMI is another bleeder that will eventually fall into the ranks of venture failures imho!

Thats right boys, VOTE NO AND SELL, let the insiders ride this to zero. Switched from GLC to PMI. Vote everything no and it wasnt a small amount. The deal could be dead.
