GMG.v acquires THERMAL-XR IP and brand rights.

Graphene Manufacturing Group (TSXV: GMG) made a big announcement yesterday. The company has acquired the manufacturing IP and brand rights of OzKem Pty Ltd.’s THERMAL-XR coating products.

OzKem developed the THERMAL-XR® coating system products using GMG graphene together with OzKem's base HVAC coating. GMG now owns the THERMAL-XR® brand, will buy the base coatings product from OzKem, and will manufacture the THERMAL-XR® products containing GMG graphene.

This acquisition represents a great opportunity for GMG to further monetize its graphene technology alongside its graphene battery development. The company is presently working towards the development of graphene pouch cells which will allow its batteries to be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including EV’s

GMG.v is currently trading at $3.00, valued at $236.8 million.
