As a longtime holder and someone who has 1.4 mil shares, I am pretty disappointed to see this reverse split.  I had trust in Paul.

Well that was your first mistake. They have nothing to offer but to kill loyal retail shareholders. Their float is way too high and they will not be able to further finance any projects. They have tried but the finaciers are advising them they need to reduce the float, otherwise NO money.

Once the Reverse split happens the existing shareholder will have to wait who knows how long to see their initial investment come back to them. Lets say for arguement sake the RSS occurs when the stock is at $2 cents which means the stock price will be 14 cents but your total of number of shares are then divided by 7 which will mean that the stock will have to go up 7 times from your original

100,000 in my case. We did get screwed, and every CEO knows it, that is how they get rid of existing SH. So it will start at 0.14, soon after it will drop to 0.07 then they will announced a PP at 0.05. So that turns out to be about 1:17

Sadly can not disagree with your post. Artificially inflated to 14 cents due to RSS. You are absolutely corect it will drop back down and yes I would not be surprised to see a PP for 5 cents here in a few months. They have ZERO going for them right now. Based on that statement 5 cents is overvalued IMHO.

Paul seems (on the surface) to be a nice guy, but when we look at it in retrospect the guy through 01 that has sold millions for the last 2 years saw through the lies? One needs to ask. Especially from the time it reached down at 0.06, he was the only one selling, at least 90% of the volume. Wonder if Paul knew him?  That material info should have been shared by a NR, if it was the case

Again at open 01 manages to sell another 160K, amazing! @I need to find a professional trader to explain this to me. Again I@m convinced Paul knows who this 01 seller is. I had 2 different companies admitting to me that they know all major holders and they have access to our IPs, so we cannot hide.

They will open it at 0.015, they need to work the lowest possible average before RSS.  :)

Yesterday there was more of 0.015 than 0.02 sold and today it opens at 0.015 again. See what they are doing here?  They are working the weight average to be 0.015, once it's comnfirmed to be at that, then they will come out with the confirmation of the reverse, how convenient.  :)

10.5 or 10 cents will be the share price right after share consolidation and will be much lower when the PP gets issued. Paul will argue that it has to be done otherwise NO FINANCING can be acheived. As a good will gesture he decided not to do a 1 for 10 so he can argue he was really looking out for his shareholders. Using the pretense that 1 for 10 is usually what is done when u have that many

I believe you are correct. I'm starting to think that it's not the weighted average that counts it's more than likely the last few closings, that is easier to control. So they will force 0.015 closings for a few days. So that will work out as you say to 0.10-0.105

Just like yesterday Morgan Stanley is making sure it flashes 0.015. Is he in this financing scam?

Probably not. I believe it will be based on an average of the closing price for 20 or 30 days. So either 1.5 cents or 2 but I suspect it will be based on 0.015cents. In any event the stock price here no matter where it is, is probably overvalued anyway. They have nothing of value here in North America and the Mexico property is basically a done deal now. Wish Ore property yeilded very little based

Again Morgan Stanley and anon, did flash 0.015 yesterday with 5K and again 10K today at 0.015. So they are working a 0.015 pre consolidation which works out to 0.105 post consolidation. Terrible that our beloved ceo let's it go, he actually lied and even conspired (played a good face/game), while probably his buddy 01 was dumping his millions. I don't doubt that 01 will be on the bid at

Finally Smiles62 you have figured it out. Paul reputable is laughable, he is no better then any other CEO of these jr. Exploration companies. Someone here mentioned they were shocked to find out they were deceived by his words, since he took him at his word. Sadly in this game WASH, RINSE and REPEAT is the game.

It's confirmed 01 took it all, so he is accumulating at the lowest price possible, no doubt he will double his profit. Hopefully I can do the same on another stock. This one is polluted by this one guy.
