Anyone know why they didn't file the paperwork?

No answer at IR, mailbox was full.
No reply from the email i sent them two weeks ago with other questions i had.

I see the US listing is still on and was trading up as much as 27% the other day.. I just talked to the CEO and he told me that they changed the people who do the paperwork filing recently and they are just behind on the job. Once done they will release earnings.
