When i talked to the Ceo the other day he said you can call your broker to sell your tsx listed stock through the Nasdac. I haven't tried yet, but if someone does let us know how it went.

As long as there's a trading halt on GPV, it cannot be traded in Canada.  Even if you hold GP, as a US based security in a US$ account, the trading halt extends to that as well.  This is a classic case of a cross-listed security, where the underlying company's interest is almost exclusively on the US market involvement in the stock.  This thing could remain halted for a long
