I think what really raised my eyebrows is the fact that Alan opted to use his email address from the old news release in the resignation news report.  Leaves me with the impression that the news release skipped any proof reasing phase(s) and was simply expidited out. It may be a simple error.  But as a potential investor these type of mistakes do hurt the corporate image.

I agree with you, but this issue with GPW is not out of the ordinary with Chinese companies. A lot of these Chinese companies are hard to deal with. Fireswirl, ZKL, GPW...all not very good shareholder relations. In the US it's even worse.
