Yes, got my money 2 days ago. What a piece of s#$%$ this stock turned out to be. Was worth lot more than .09 cents, but what can you do.

Bring it back to .04, than 09 cent buyout would look great. What piss off. It should go to .15 cents, now that would screw their buyout. It's worth more than 9 cents

From the valuation report it states the value should between $0.105-$0.11/share and the owners are only offering $0.09 and aren't willing to raise the offer. Definitely against the offer

The management have been buying ever since it was at only $0.04 and kept on buying at $0.05 and $0.06 and now they are buying a lot back at $0.08 even though the privatization offer price is at $0.09.

I don't get why people are selling their shares for $0.08 if they can get $0.09 if they wait for privatization...doesn't make any sense.
