"we looked clear for reopening at the end of December but the exchange has questioned two items. The purchase of Bruce McKean's shares and the issuance of options to Akon Legacy Ventures. The hold up has been canceling the shares from Bruce.

 

We are limited to canceling only 5% of the outstanding in a given year, we received 5.4M shs in exchange for selling him our option on the cashew business. We have proposed to the exchange we do the cancellation in tranches one this year and the rest next. We are waiting for their approval of the plan, alongside approval for an update release".

He wasn't sure, but I wouldn't expect that decision to take more then a month, I also asked him if Akon was still a part of the GQ plan and this was his response: "Yes he and his group continue to be strong supporters." So to me, this is a great comfort. This could be the ace up his sleeve and when we open he can use akon as a great marketing aid and a very strong influence for

Last I was told is waiting on a signature from Bruce. I'm very anxious to read the disclosure to know what exactly happened regarding the cashew business.

Final signature from Bruce has been received and sent to the exchange. No word on opening but must be getting very close I feel.

I've been informed that Jed has finally been in touch with Bruce regarding a signature needed to please the exchange. He is being cautious in saying the opening should be soon but I know with the wait we've already had that doesn't give us anything substantial to go on. When asked if he'll have some new developments to encourage shareholders on opening he mentioned "some

I would love to know what is really going on with the company and the inability to start trading again. It simply does not pass the sniff test that it takes 4+ months after abandoning the reason for the 24+ month trading halt to start trading again.

Ok keeping this real Treetop2. The simple facts are that Jed saw an opportunity for GQ to develop it's phosphate and left his duties at Verde to do so. The company and share price was doing quite well in Mail until early 2012. At this time under no fault of his own insurgent groups over took the government and created instability in this part of the Country. Jed then became aware of an
