Great news! The Company has formulated a concrete plan to complete the final 10% of mine construction and begin commission by October of 2020

Yay! I told you! Good things coming soon once they finish building 10% of the facility for extracting the graphite. A few months from now should be able to start processing its end of the year results should be good.
