It also owns a 100% interest in the Buckingham properties located in the Province of Quebec.

Why did they go this direction. Again. Not bashing. This risk factor disclaimer is always mentioned in there news releases.

The company did drilling and electromagnetic survey testing in 2016 and 2017. Then built a pilot processing plant on site in 2017 and operated the pilot plant in 2018 to determine the quality of grade and best procedure to processe the graphite through the pilot plant.
