Look at CapitalsHills 800 acres for sale at $14M and not selling or even offers..YET this 130 acres is worth $179M.?????.something stinks here...Jeff's own claimed valuation is not real and the way Phantom'soffer does not appear to be real. as they did zero DD from GRB and FAXED in an offer..the market says its not credible with the stock trading at half of the OFFERED price..STINKS BAD with self valued properties
