Second stock issuance in a couple months

It's evident that Grb is short of cash,with the second offering of stock in 2 months.Albeit the latest offering seems on favorable terms.But,the question is:without revenue for a year or more how much potential dilution will we see?

extremely small raises and my assumption is that is a means of letting insiders in because of pending results...

Pretty easy to read between the lines. You require cash for corporate developments. Corporate development on any front is very positive
