Not on agenda for Tehachapi Planning Commision agenda for Feb 8.
Maybe Jeff can shed some light on Sage Ranch status/timeline expectations?

The agenda is not out yet. It won't be released until Thursday Feb 4th. Tehachapi holds 2 different meetings on different dates. One for City Council and one for the Planning Commission. We're interested in the planning commission which you need to scroll down to find. https://www.liveuptehachapi.com/AgendaCenter

I Emailed Tehachapi b4 posting. " , Sage Ranch is not currently scheduled to be on the 2/8/21 Planning Commission agenda. John (Jay) H. Schlosser, P.E. Development Services Director City of Tehachapi

Perhaps inquire if they're issuing another extension in order to complete the EIA report. I'm not sure when the current one is up. I believe it's imminent.
