I thought NASDAQ req. was a stock price of $4 US before listing? My guess is Alberta or Ontario power agreement. Maybe through Algonquin?

MAybe Brookfield is making an unsolicited offer for $2.40 and have managed to purchase 51% of shares again. Revenge of the Roadapple!!!
