Big week on deck...

The declining share price this week obviously signals some nervousness amongst shareholders, and rightly so.

Next week could be the defining moment we have all been waiting for.

Starting with Wednesday morning's monthly PREPA meeting, the 16 shovel ready projects will be discussed as usual. We should be given a status update on the progress being made between PREPA and the FOMB in regards to finalizing the selection of the 150mw projects. If you recall, earier this month the FOMB put in a request for more information (RFI) on the projects submitted by PREPA that could make up the 150mw. You never know, but I don't think PREPA will give details on these projects until the FOMB officially votes and approves them.
If the FOMB received the RFI's fairly quickly, and reviewed them, then it's possible the FOMB members will be voting to approve the 150mw list on the morning of Friday February 26th.
The FOMB has yet to officially announce the date of the meeting, but it's almost always held on the last Friday of every month.

The PREPA meeting is officially scheduled for 9AM Puerto Rico time this Wednesday.

It's a shame that some are giving up on GRB. Yes the delays are frustrating, but they're out of the contol of GRB management. And more delays could be coming if we don't make the cut this week. But nothing changes the fact that Montalva is ready to go. Everything is in place from financing to land leases and permits.

I'll gladly wait another 3 months and accumulate cheap shares if there's a selloff.

This is a longterm hold for me based on the amount of land alone that GRB has secured for Montalva. Enough for OVER 165mw as noted on page 18 of Greenbriar's recently released 54 page docment:

"Greenbriar has secure agreements with landowners and has access to additional lands of similar properties contiguous to the existing holdings for expansion and future use if and when additional transmission capacity beyond 165 MW can be added to the region and made available for Montalva."

Pulling the ripcord now makes no sense when the plane is still on the ground.
Tuck GRB away for a few years, forget about it, and then pull the ripcord like D.B.Cooper.

if this drops to a dollar, ill go all in. With alberta seemingly developing well and estimated free recurrnt cashflow after stage 1, it seems that pieces are fallijg into place.
