9Islucky, you have been in the trenches here a long time.  As timelines have extended beyond everyone's expectations, we have all gotten nervous.  Still, I encourage you to keep holding.  Try to stop thinking about an up day, just hold on for another 6 months.  By then we will have final approval for Sage Ranch.  That will be a big up day.  We should also have
