Montalva Update

In addition to PREB investigating the methodology for the two projects, PREB is imposing fines to PREPA of up to $25,000 per day if they do not provide the information within 10 days.
Further, our legal team is working with Congressional Investigators and the Puerto Rico House and Senate Leadership.
The other 12 projects are extremely angry and putting on huge political pressure.

So it seems PREPA submitted the list to PREB as the potential projects that would be chosen but submitted them to FOMB as the final list, or FOMB made it the final list? Seems PREB was unaware that a final decision had been made. Could be the reason for the letter today. I really like how quickly action is being taken.

im glad action is being taken and there is a lot of anger. Hopefully this is leaked to the press. Need to remove FOMB leadership. Whens the next fomb pu lic merting
