I'm debating selling PWR short term to load up on GRB seeing how we should get a bump on SP in the next couple of weeks. Then buying back PWR. Anyone have any thoughts? The next council meeting is not for another month so I don't see PWR climbing this month. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions on my logic here?

I guess it all depends what happens first...Sage or Alberta. If Sage happens first, I wonder how PWR will do in comparison with GRB??  Should they both increase similarly?  Anyone have some insight?

Profits4less...FYI.... The Tehachapi City Council meeting is held on the first Monday of every month which doesn't concern us. The Tehachapi Planning Commission meeting is where Sage is discussed and it's held on the 2nd Monday of every month which is April 12th. So I guess it's possible that Sage could be approved on Monday but we'll have to wait and see.

We don't want disappointed shareholders here...unless I'm missing something the Captiva Verde news release said it would be several weeks to get the water report so I would say there is zero chance of approval April 12 without that done.  Will be amazing if we are in a place to get approval in May but I'm guessing it's possible.  My personal opinion is this summer we are ...more

Yes he is doing a great job. As long as your definition of a great job doesn't include the share price is going up.

If my math is correct, PREPA will need to respond to PREB by tax day, the 15th, or a week from tomorrow.  How will PREPA justify using false numbers for the ranking of the 'Legacy Projects'?  Speaking of Legacy Projects, what an amazing euphemistic title for projects approved 9 years ago! The 'Legacy' ain't so good for PREPA or the FOMB, especially when you see what ...more

Hi Galen ...   For NASDAQ we need to take the upcoming 2020 Audit release end of April and then convert 2018, 2019 and 2020 Audits from IFRS to US GAAP which is required for the Form 20-F we have prepared for full registration as a public company in the US.  Once fully registered we can apply to NASDAQ.  It is in the works.  The US GAAP coversion required us to wait until the ...more

Thanks Jeff.  Going to be an exciting summer I'm excited to see these come together and the shares being revalued.  It's been a fun ride and I'm excited for the rest of the year.  What a gift these share prices are.  I bought 10k more GRB and 30k more Captiva last week and ready to buy more dips.  Anyone not taking a solid position in these two companies is ...more
