If we value EXPI only on agents.. Maket cap 4B/50,000 agents = 80,000 per agent Forward management 3300 agents x 80,000 per agent = 264M market cap  40k per agent = 132M market cap 20k per agent = 66M market cap 10k per agent = 33M market cap I'm the most bullish about the real estate acquisition out of all projects and believe that is tied in with Sage.
