Jeff - any update on this since the last news release on April 15th? Did anything happen with that administrative law judge?

The ALJ has the file and our submissions and replies.  The ALJ has not given PREPA yet a time to respond to our last submissions. Obviously PREPA cannot even reply to our facts within that last submission so I am anxious and curious like you to know the next move of the ALJ and then PREPA.

Thanks Jeff. What is the best case in terms of the ALJ? Do they have the authority to approve the project? Are the 2 projects that were approved in a holding period while this is being investigated or did the shovels hit the ground?

Finalrep .. One of the projects is being sued by environmental folks for not having their permits before some excavation.  There is no serious construction going on at the two projects.   The AJL at the PREB has wide sweeping powers.  PREPA is claiming that the PREB has no power and that is the key issue before the AJL right now.  PREPA is refusing to answer to the facts and

And PREPA has already insulated themselves by deferring to LUMA. Guess who makes money. Lawyers.  Montalva might get developed but Jeff might be not be around to see it happen. Decades go by...
