Clarification please..

Who exactly owns Sage Ranch? Is it GRB or PWR?  Does GRB own PWR?

Who stands to benefit more from Sage ranch?

I'll give it a try.Sage is owned by Grb.Grb owns 11,000,000 ? shares of Pwr.Grb exchanged half of the profits from Pwr for the 11,000,000 shares.Pwr,as part of the agreement, pays all costs of administering and selling Sage units. You judge who comes out best.

Confused myself! Should say exchanged half of the profits from Sage instead of Pwr.

What makes the most sense to me is captiva gets 100% of construction profits and GRB gets 100% of land matk up. GRB would benefit more...and they should if grb has been invested in the project for close to a decade.
