When the sage ranch gonna start building?

Since we have the approval already , now it's about time to build it I think? When it gonna start? And how long gonna take ? Even if on average a house take a day to build , still gonna take about 3 years for 1000houses. And when gonna start to take profit ? And when the value of sage ranch gonna present in the stock price?
