Yes this is the Formality that JeffCEO has been alluding to. Jeff already knows this but PR will "Formally" tell GRB and it's shareholders to go kick rocks and pi$$ up a rope on Sept 2. GRB will respond by proposing to purchase a company from Kenya which specializes in supplying toques and mittens to the underpriviledged. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it will just lead to another hearing, they will throw the ball around each passing the blame to the other and tomorrow we will be exactly where we are now. Only time will tell. Jeff had been quiet lately so we shall see.
