According to the most recent document, an amendment to the complaint seem to have been file on 27 Sept. A response was due by 11 October.

The last info on Montalva was that a settlement hearing was taking place.Now,we have an evidentiary hearing?That seems to be a backwards approach.Perhaps Jeff can tell us why or if you present evidence after a settlement hearing.
