How will funds be raised for Sage Ranch construction?

There is a good chance I'm not remembering this correctly, but I thought that Captiva Verde was going to be used to raise capital for (some of?) the construction costs associated with Sage Ranch. Does anyone know if that is still the case? Obviously things have not been going great for PWR.

It was previously said that since pwr had obviously no available capital, Grb would assume the costs, with a bank financiing I think...
