Sage Range - Value per Share?

I don't know what the taxes are, so I'm using the CAD amount instead of the USD from Jeff's calculation. I think that is a conservative assumption. Or do you know how much the taxes are?

231 MUSD / 35 million shares  -> 48 MCAD market capitalization fully diluted)  = 4,8 CAD per share
Or 38 MCAD dividend over 6 year (purely theoretical)

What is your view on the value of Sage Range?

-----------

$231 Million USD over 6 years.
