As I remember,last time we heard about it  montvala didn't even made into the top 10 selections , and now Montvala project have a breaking ground date ???

It's in front of PREB that's why they aren't in the top 10 of RFP. They will get approved in a different stream altogether and weren't allowed to be approved through normal means since case is with ALJ GRB already has financing in place so quick turn from approval to groundbreaking. Jeff can hold his own in legal matters and a Paul and Tommy aren't small fish either

Maybe your 6 sense was correct , now think about it .   Damn maybe this is the turning point or we keep going down the hill .  Get disappointed too many times , kinda afraid to keep hopes up again .
