I believe there is a $4 US share price requirement for GRB to list on Nasdaq. Hopefully this will be accomplished by share price appreciation. Alternately other companies have consolidated their shares to reach the $4 threshold. I for one am optimistic that won't be neccessary in GRB's case. Once the ball gets rolling again the share price will take care of itself.
