Jeff asked a few days ago: are there any sellers left? The answer is yes and the question is why?Are shareholders just tired of holding a dog?Are they unaware of the potential?Please comment.

Every stock has potential. Potential can't be your only selling point.  It's been almost a year since the PR about real estate acquisition and still not complete. Who knows what is happening. 18 projects were just approved in Montalva. We were told both sides were negotiating...that was 3 months ago. What happened? We still have no idea what PWR gets in Sage.  Alberta

  Honesty, not looking for any info.  I think what happens with Alberta in February will be a more reliable source. Most recent presentation said ground breaking in February so let's see.

Good summry.  Until there is more meat on the bone, conservative investors will not buy the stock.  Ground breaking ground in Alberta would be the first step in gaining confidence in specified growth strategy.  Groundbreaking for Sage Ranch should also occur soon.
