According to the presentation we ll know pretty soon if its all talk (bull again) or all action. Alberta and Montalva ground breaking is scheduled to be in April. But I doubt it because I am pretty sure GRB doesnt have all the approuval yet. Ground breaking date for the housing project is Q3 2022.  I thought that it would be the eaisiest one to start, everything is supposed to be fully

The groundbreaking date for Montalva seems very optimistic to me. Rather, the settlement could be completed by April. I could live with that very well.
