The same CEO promised a*nine figure* deal selling products to the Mexico Health Union which they were confident would start by March 21, 2021. Never happened. Look at this company's balance sheet, how do billion dollar projects make any sense at all?

This company has $10m in assets as of its last quarterly report and half that amount in liabilities. I'd love to know how a company in that position executes billions in projects. Does this make sense? Is it logical? Remember that this is the same CEO who said they expected Captiva Wellness to be selling up to $142m in products to the Mexico Health Union. Jerry, please do some more DD bud you'll find how they plan to do those projects. I'll give you a start with Sage. What's the land worth? It's considered an asset when you own it out right isn't it? I believe there's a great chance you could turn around and borrow against it! Just a hunch. Do some DD.
