Here is an email reply I made today to a loyal shareholder regarding Alberta and Montalva.

1.  Alberta

 

I have a draft news release for the Alberta groundbreaking dated for April XX of this month.  

In case there is any snow or adverse weather we will push into May, but we are still pushing for end of this month.

 

2. Montalva

The 990 MW Costa Sur power plant had a fire at its substation last week and shut down power for over 1.5 million customers. Power is 87% restored but our lawyers and PREPA's law firm shut down until next week, which delays the papering of our settlement, which is not only to approve our 80Mw project but increase it to 150Mw. Moving the date to June is a safety move in the event both sides are hamstrung because of the island wide black out. If not, then we are still shooting for end of April or May. In addition, our main litigation attorney leading this settlement in Puerto Rico was hospitalized with Covid three weeks ago and although recovering now, he was out of action for two weeks.

And yes Sage is full speed ahead and I am waiting for the City to give me the date this month where the City is building from scratch, paving and lengthening Pinon Street which is the major east-west access road on the Sage Ranch southern boundary. The City engineering department should start work before the end of this month and this is a major artery necessary for Sage Ranch to start home building. I'll get a City update on the start date and have drone videos of the construction as well drone videos at the start in Alberta as well as Montalva with videos and pictures and ribbon cutting.

paying off ?????  the last time I checked I was still down 60% and will still be for another 2-3 months apparently !!  Sorry but I am not as happy as you about other delays and more excuses . Been there , done that for years now!

Jeff, You've stated previously the City is about to start the Pinon Road Extension "should start before the end of the month" and yet the CEQA ( California Environmental Quality Act) was only submitted on March 23 2022. Seems a little overly ambitious to think the road is going to seek and receive environmental approval, have the City procure construction tenders, approve

I don't know where you are reading the Pinon St. extension has been removed from the budget. Looks to me like it is still listed in the document you cited. It is also listed as an upcoming capital project here.
